  • Because agents are already embedded, the barrier to expanding AI use is much lower for organizations getting started. 

It’s also worth clarifying how this differs from Salesforce Health Cloud. Health Cloud centers on the patient, supporting care management and care coordination across providers. Agentforce Life Sciences Cloud, by contrast, focuses on the commercial and medical interactions with healthcare professionals: doctors, nurses, and the broader clinical community. Patients can exist in the system, but they are not the focal point. 

 

It is a technology that was built Agentforce-first. Most clouds already existed before Agentforce came along. Here it is the other way around. That means the step for organizations to go further with it is much smaller.
