To future-proof their operations, BASF⎜Nunhems selected Salesforce Commerce Cloud as the foundation for their digital transformation.
They partnered with Spire from business assessment to architecture, UX design and rollout.

What’s next?

BASF l Nunhems continues to expand its Salesforce landscape, with further plans to integrate Marketing Cloud features and build on the centralised Commerce Cloud foundation.

Internally, the digital shift is also driving adoption of Salesforce for case management, reporting, and forecasting. The entire customer experience is moving toward a “single platform strategy”, with Salesforce at the heart.
